Returns & Refunds Policy

We want your experience with Tecno Gadgets to be smooth and worry-free. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Approval first: We’ll review your request and send the correct CJ or Spocket warehouse address or a prepaid label (where applicable).

Who pays return shipping:

Our fault (damaged on arrival, wrong/defective item, not as described): we cover/issue a prepaid label.

Change of mind / no longer wanted: you cover return shipping.

Refund timing: once the parcel is received and inspected, we aim to issue the refund within 2–5 business days. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post it.

No exchanges: please place a new order for replacements.

Final Sale & hygiene-sensitive items: not returnable unless faulty on arrival.
1) How to start a return (approval required)

Go to the Returns Portal:

(or use Track Order in your emails). -
Enter your order number and email.

Choose the item(s) and reason, add photos/video if requested, and submit.

Wait for approval. We will confirm eligibility and then provide either:
-
the correct CJ or Spocket warehouse return address, or
-
a prepaid label (when we’re at fault).

After approval, ship within 30 days and add tracking in the portal.
Please don’t ship returns to our London office; they must go to the CJ processing address we provide. Parcels sent to the wrong address may be lost and cannot be refunded.
2) Eligibility & condition
To be eligible, items must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery approval window.

Unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Returned with a trackable shipping service and your Order # visible inside the parcel.
Not eligible (unless faulty on arrival):

Final Sale items (e.g., clearance, open-box, last-chance; marked on product page).

Hygiene-sensitive items once opened/used (e.g., ear buds/ear tips, personal care accessories, wearables that contact skin).

Items missing major components or with user damage.
Your statutory rights (e.g., EU/UK consumer rights) are not affected.
3) If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect
We’re sorry! Please submit a request within 7 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the outer box + shipping label, inner packaging, and the whole item.
-
Close-ups of the defect/damage; for functional issues, a short video is best.

For electronics, include any serial/IMEI if available.
Once verified, we’ll approve the return and issue a prepaid label or refund/replacement path as appropriate.
4) Return shipping costs

Tecno Gadgets responsibility (wrong item, damaged/DOA, not as described): we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Customer responsibility (change of mind, ordered by mistake, unwanted): you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable once the parcel has shipped.
5) Refunds

After your return is delivered to the CJ processing center and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Banks/payment providers typically post funds within 3–10 business days.

If your return is not approved, sent without approval, missing tracking, incomplete, or significantly used/damaged, we may refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount to reflect loss in value.
6) Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you want and submit a return for the original (if eligible).
7) Order cancellations & address changes

Cancellations: possible before your order is processed/shipped. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase at info@tecnogadgets.shop.

Address changes: email us within 12 hours. After processing, changes may not be possible.
8) Multiple parcels & where to ship
Orders may ship in separate parcels. The return address we provide may differ per item/warehouse. Always use the address or label provided in your approval email/portal.
9) Warranties
Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, it will be stated on the product page. Our returns process does not limit any warranty or your legal rights.

For EU/UK customers, your legal right to withdraw within 14 days is respected; our 15-day policy extends that window.
Tecno Gadgets partners with CJ Dropshipping and Spocket Dropshipping for return handling. All approved returns are processed through the CJ return centers specified in your approval message. Do not send returns to our registered office address.
