Our 30-day return offer

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please send the item back within 14 calendar days after requesting the return. Under this voluntary offer, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

You pay the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase, provided you were informed of this before buying. These conditions do not limit your statutory cancellation rights or your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Your UK online cancellation rights

For most online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason up to 14 calendar days after the day you receive your goods. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, this period generally starts after you receive the last item. You then have a further 14 calendar days after telling us to send the goods back.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Opening ordinary packaging or reasonably inspecting an item does not automatically remove your cancellation right. Where legally permitted, we may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Hygiene exceptions

Change-of-mind returns are excluded for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken after delivery. This exception does not apply to every product described as a hygiene item. It does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us at info@tecnogadgets.shop if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. UK law generally gives you a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not meet the required standards and obtain a refund. Repair, replacement, price-reduction or further rejection rights may apply afterwards.

We cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising these rights.

How to request a return

Email info@tecnogadgets.shop with your order details or other proof of purchase. Please contact us for the correct return instructions and address before posting goods. The return address is confirmed for your order after we check the relevant supplier. Do not assume that the address on the original parcel is the correct return address.

Giving notice of a statutory cancellation does not depend on our approval. Our return instructions do not reduce your statutory rights.

Refunds

For statutory cancellations where goods are returned, we will refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, the refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund fee.

Refunds for faulty goods follow the applicable statutory deadlines.

For eligible voluntary returns requested on days 15–30 after delivery, outside any applicable statutory cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for an eligible returned item within 14 calendar days after receiving it back or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund fee.

For these voluntary returns, we refund the price paid for the returned item, but not the original outbound delivery charge. This does not limit any delivery-charge refund required by law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. You can request a return under this policy, receive your refund and place a separate order for another item. This does not affect statutory rights to a replacement for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Existing purchases and statutory rights

This update does not reduce rights or more favourable return, refund or exchange terms already promised for purchases made before this update. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
