Some products or services may be available exclusively online and/or in limited quantities. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We may limit sales to any person, household, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities per order.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; we cannot guarantee your device’s display is accurate. We do not warrant that any products, services, information, or other material will meet your expectations.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse or cancel any order and may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order (including orders using the same account, card, billing and/or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email/phone/billing address provided at purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details, including email address and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
7. FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
7.1 Fulfillment partner
We fulfill through CJ Dropshipping with shipments from local warehouses (USA, Germany, UK) when available; otherwise, items may ship from our global warehouse (China). Some orders may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking.
7.2 Processing & delivery estimates
Typical processing time is 1 business day after payment/security checks. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons. Live tracking is available via your order emails and ParcelPanel.
7.3 Address changes & cancellations
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase at info@tecnogadgets.shop. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped; unwanted items may be returned per our Returns Policy.
7.4 Taxes, VAT & duties
For shipments from local US/UK/EU warehouses, duties are generally not expected. If an item ships from our global warehouse, local VAT/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility where charged.
7.5 Shipping fees
Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable once a parcel has been tendered to the carrier, except where required by law.
